Beyond the work.

Serpent & Owl coaches are writers, practitioners, and lifelong students of human behavior whose work explores emotional resilience, self-trust, boundaries, identity, and reinvention.
Their perspective has been shaped not only by study, but by lives spent navigating leadership, change, achievement, loss, reinvention, and the complicated distance between appearing capable and actually feeling at home in your own life.
Their professional backgrounds span marketing, operations, leadership, public service, data science, writing, and entrepreneurship — paired with graduate study and ongoing professional training in behavior and human development.
But Serpent & Owl was not created from credentials alone.
It grew from the work our coaches had to do themselves: questioning inherited patterns, rebuilding self-trust, learning to hold boundaries without self-abandonment, and discovering what remains when the divine feminine stops organizing her life around who everyone else needs her to be.
Today, that intersection — lived experience, behavioral insight, rigorous thinking, and radical self-honesty — is the foundation of the work.
The questions our coaches asked themselves are the ones they now help others on the same path answer.
Lived experience
They have stood in the same tension: the competent one everyone relies on, quietly negotiating themselves away.
Behavioral insight
Years of study and professional work have taught them how patterns form, persist, and can be rewritten.
Radical honesty
No performance, no pretending. Just the work of looking clearly at what is — and deciding what comes next.
The best way to meet the work is to start it.
Begin with the free two-part training, explore the seven doors of the work, or take the short assessment to see which private coaching experience fits.
